| 摘 要： | 建立于1973年的筑波大学以其独特的"学群·学类"制度闻名于世,在短短的三十多年里就发展成为了日本乃至世界的一所一流的高等学府,这与其成功的改革教学研究组织管理体制有着密切的关系.筑渡大学的独特组织形式引起了世界高等教育领域的广泛关注,"学群·学类"制度的显著优势也得到了高等教育领域的广泛认同,相对于传统大学组织制度,"学群·学类"制度有许多的优点,这也给我国大学组织制度的改革与建设提供了一个成功的范式和一些有益的启迪.
