| 摘 要： | 目的观察抗结核药物对乙型肝炎病毒表面标志物(HBVM)阳性的肺结核患者肝功能的影响.方法回顾分析2001年1月到2002年12月间采用异烟肼(H)、利福平(R)、吡嗪酰胺(Z)三联再加上链霉素(S)或乙胺丁醇(E)方案治疗的乙肝病毒表面标志物阳性患者肝功能的情况,以同期采用同样化疗方案治疗的乙肝病毒表面标志物(HBVM)5项阴性结核病患者为对照.结果 HBVM阳性组肝损率(35.61%)高于乙肝阴性组(17.02%),两组经统计学处理差异显著(P<0.01).结论抗结核药物对HBVM阳性患者肝功能损害大.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of antituberculotic medicines on liver function impairment inpulmonary tuberculosis with HBVM positive.Methods From 2001 to 2002,the liver function of the pulmonary tuberculosis patients with positive markers of HBV who were given the treatment of HRZ/S(E),was retrospectively analyzed.Simultaneously,the results compared with those of negative markers of HBV.Results The incidence of liver damage in the HBVM positive group was(35.61%),higher than that in the HBVM negative group((17.02%)),and significant difference was found between two groups(P<(0.01)).Conclusion Antituberculotic medicines had a significant damage for liver function with HBVM positive tuberculosis patients. |
