| 摘 要： | 采用RIA法分析人工饲养下1只成年雌性灰叶猴尿液中的E2、P水平，结合观察该雌猴和其配偶的行为后发现：拥抱、梳理、接近、嗅阴和示阴是它们交往的重要行为；接近、嗅阴和示阴水平在E2峰值前后上升，其生殖期望（fertility expectation）即动物行为中表现出的增加后代数量的本能增强。雌猴怀孕后，生殖期望满足，嗅阴、示阴水平下降而表示友好的梳理、拥抱水平上升。

| Abstract: | Analysing the urinary estriol and progesterone of one adult Phayre's langur kept under artificial circumstance by RIA,meanwhile observing this female and its spouse's activities,we have found that embracing,grooming,approaching,showing and smelling were important communicative methods between them.The rate of approaching,showing and smelling became higher when the level of urinary estriaol reached the maxium,which displayed the fertility expectation of Phayre's langur that was the instinct to increase the number of offspring showed by animals' behaviors.When this female was pregnant and their fertility expectation was met,the rate of showing and smelling decreased and that of embracing,grooming rose. |
