| 摘 要： | 通过对盲人普通话水平测试情况的分析，从理论上探讨了以盲字为凭借测试普通话水平信度不高的原因：中国盲人现在通用的盲字是由一个个点阵格组成的，每格有六个点，代表不同的声母、韵母、声调、数字和标点符号，因此以现行汉语盲字为凭借来测试盲人，信度是较低的。为提高其信度，应减少有文字凭借的试题，增加对话题。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the proficiency of mandarin of blind man from mandarin test, probes the reason for the unacceptable reliability of the test. The author regards that current Braille for sightless people is composed of two rectangular six - dot cells, each dots representing letters numerals, which resulted in the low reliabihty of any current mandarin test given to blind persons based on Chinese Braille. This article proposes reducing the number of test questions of Chinese Braille and increase that of dialogue so as to improve test reliability. |
