| 摘 要： | 本文提出了用柱层析法提纯三氮烯类试剂的新方法.用层析硅胶作固定相,以环己烷:石油醚:乙酸乙酯(2∶2∶1)为淋洗剂,干柱层析法分离.纯化后试剂经薄层层析、元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱及有效成分的测等证明,提纯效果令人满意.

| Abstract: | In this paper,a new method called dry-column chromatography for the purification of the triazene reagents was reported. The sationary phase was chromatographic silica gel (100 mesh) and the eluent was a mixture of cyclohexane, petroleum et her and ethyl acetate (ratio 2 :2:1). The purified reagent has been confirmed by thin layer chromatography(TLC) , elementary analysis(EA) , infrared spectrume (IR), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and mass spectrume(MS) and the results were satisfactory. |
