| 摘 要： | 近年来高校学费标准问题引起媒体热烈讨论，学费问题涉及到每一个大学生及其家庭，是一个敏感而叉复杂的问题。本文提出了本科生均培养费用模型以及学费最优模型，通过模型的计算可得到政府应该对高校的财政拨款。
