浅谈农业科技成果产业化项目的论证评估

农业科技成果产业化是解决我国农业生产落后状况的主要方法之一。鉴于我国农业科技成果产业化的比例远不及西方发达国家的现状，结合我国农业科技成果产业化项目的特点及影响我国农业科技成果产业化因素的分析，指出了项目论证的必要性，总结了农业科技成果项目论证评估的过程，并探讨了对我国农业科技成果产业化项目论证评估的可行方法。

Discussion on the Assessment of Agro -technological Achievements Industrialization Project

The industrialization ofagro -technologicalachievem ents has becom e one ofthe m ain m ethods for changing the backward situation ofour country's agricultural production.In the light of the presentsituation thatthe proportion of the industrialization of our country's agro -technological achievem ents is far lower than that of the western developed countries,and connecting with the features of the industrialization projects of our country's agro -technological achieve- m ents and the analysis on the factors influencing the industrialization of our country's agro -technologicalachievem ents, this paper points outthe necessity of the project assessm ent,sum s up the procedures of the assessm ent of agro -techno- logical achievem ents industrialization projects,and probes into som e feasible m ethods for the assessm ent of agro -tech- nologicalachievem ents industrialization projects.
