深孔孔内、孔间微差预裂爆破技术在破碎峒室工程爆破中的应用

摘    要:介绍了大孤山铁矿在矿石三期破碎系统的建设过程中,采用垂直深孔爆破技术挖掘破碎峒室,使挖掘工期大幅度缩短。在爆破设计及施工过程中,成功地运用孔间、孔内微差预裂爆破技术,达到了较佳的技术经济效果,为国内类似的工程爆破提供一些有价值的借鉴。

Abstract:Dagushan's iron mine whose iron ore is in its third fragmentation system is in the construction process,in which the vertical deep-hole blasting technology was adopted to excavate the fragment room.This technology makes the work-time far shorter than before.In the process of blasting design and construction,short delay pre-splitting blasting technology among and inside the holes is used successfully,and a better technique economy effect was obtained.This technology has provieded some valuable references for the domestic similar engineering blasting.
