The Team Learning of the Cataloging Personnel under the Network Environment

This paper expounds that in order to create the standardized and normalized bibliographic database, the cataloging personnel should make effective deep-talks actively and strengthen the team learning with the discussion and other forms; and the library should take various measures to create the environment for the team learning and make the cataloging work under the network environment step onto a new height.
