21世纪是信息时代，市场竞争将趋于国际化。辽宁制造业将面临着如何适应市场经济的发,如何创造出更多财富的尖锐问题。本文回顾了近10年来美国制造业快速响应制造模式、并行工程生产模式的网络技术及MCAD／MCAM技术三大发展，认为辽宁制造业只有迅速推广上述三种技术，才能解决辽宁产品开发落后与辽宁较雄厚的制造技术、设备之间的“等米下炊”的尖锐矛盾，才能使辽宁制造业再次“腾飞”

21 centenary is the information age,the market competition will tend to globalization, the manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province will faced with the sharp problems how to adapt to the development of the market economies, how to create more wealth. In this article, the three big developments of the Rapid Production and Manufacturing mode, Concurrent Engineering mode,Net and MCAD/MCAE technology of recent 10 more years in U.S. A are reviewed. The writer considers that, Liaoning manufacturing industry ought to spread above three big technology ,therefore can solve the sharp contradiction of waiting for race to messcook betweem the backwordness of the production exploition and more solid manufacturing technology and equipment in Liaoning Province, and Liaoning manufacturing industry will be herds of horses gallop.
