摘    要:从校内外实训基地建设、顶岗实习和双师队伍建设等方面,阐述了亳州职业技术学院过去在人才培养上存在的困境.针对上述困境提出并实践了四个1/3人才培养模式,即1/3的学生在校内接受实训;1/3的学生在校外顶岗实习;1/3的专业课教师来自企业一线;1/3的教师去企业顶岗.实践表明,这一模式效果良好:亳州职业技术学院实训条件大为改善;双师队伍明显增强;学生技能和就业率显著提高.

Abstract:From the construction of training base on - and off - campus, professional practice, double teacher team construction and so on, it states that difficult conditions exist in personnel training in Bozhou Vocational and Technical College in the past. Aiming at the above difficult conditions, it puts forward and practises "four 1/3" personnel training mode: 1/3 students accept practical training on campus, 1/3 students accept professional practice off campus, 1/3 professional teachers are from business line, 1/3 teachers go to enterprise and determine posts. Practices demonstrate that this mode achieves good results, the training conditions improve greatly in Bozhou Vocational ang Technical College, double teacher team strengthens obviously, students' technical ability and employment rate increase obviously.
