| 摘 要： | 学习型社会的建立是社会发展的必然趋势．为此，高校体育教师必须不断调整自己，进行角色的重新定位．分析了学习型社会中高校体育的多元社会职能，从多能一专的教育者、勇于批判与实践的研究者、引导社区体育工作的服务者、民族传统体育的传承者等方面，对高校体育教师角色进行重新定位．

| Abstract: | Establishing Learning Society is the inevitable trend of social development. So, college PE teachers must adjust to reposition of their own role. This paper analyzes the multiple public functions of collegiate sports in Learning Society, repositions to the role of college PE teachers from professional educaters, researchers of criticizing and practice, servicers of guiding the work of the sports community, and inheritancers of traditional sports and so on. |
