焦炭强度在高炉内的变化规律

摘    要:使用一台连续性高炉块状带热模型对焦炭在高炉中上部的失碳率与温度的对应关系进行了模拟研究。使用一台可调气氛高温抗压试验机研究了焦炭强度与温度和失碳率的关系。讨论了实际条件下焦炭失碳率及其强度在高炉内的变化规律。

Abstract:The relationship between the carbon loss rate of coke and temperature in the upper part of blast furnace was reserched using a continual model of the lumpy zone in blast furnace.The real temperature compressed strength of coke samples was tested using a high temperature compressive testing machine with adjustable atmosphere.The relationship between coke strength,temperature and carbon loss rate was researched using the results of above works.The carbon loss rate and strength under the real condition in a blast furnace was researched and discussed in this paper.
