晒烟新品种湘西晒红1号的选育及其特征特性

新品种湘西晒红烟1号是用小花烟作母本,以长勃黄（烤烟型）作父本选育而成。它较好地集双亲优良性状于一体,具有优质烟的外观质量和内在品质。原烟调制后多呈红棕色,油分较足,光泽较强,厚度适中;还原据2.823％,尼古丁5．704％,蛋白质13．93％,糖碱比0．607,卷烟吸评香气量足,香气质好。产量适中而稳定,每公顷产2475－2700kg,高抗黑胫病、花叶病,兼抗青枯病。1996年1月通过湖南省烟草品种审定,适宜在土壤肥力中等的地区、尤其是在丘陵山区推广种植。
