| 摘 要： | 目的评估铸造纯钛桩在前牙根折中的应用疗效。方法对36例40颗根折前牙的病例行铸造纯钛桩修复,并行1a随访。结果 40颗纯钛桩固定后观察1a,根中1/3术后成功率为80.00%,根尖1/3术后成功率为40.00%,根颈1/3术后成功率为84.00%。结论本方法安全、简单易行,免除了患者拔牙根的痛苦,减少治疗费用,缩短治疗时间,适合临床上长期应用。
