行星传动啮合相位计算方法研究

摘    要:行星传动啮合相位是影响系统动态特性的一种重要因素,调节啮合相位可以实现系统的振动抑制。建立了一种计算行星轮间啮合相位的计算方法。详细讨论了任一行星轮处外啮合与内啮合相位差的计算过程。计算实例验证了方法的有效性,并可根据计算结果确定每个行星轮处更为精确的刚度及误差激励。

Abstract:The mesh phasing was a key factor which influences the dynamics of planetary gear train and vibration could be suppressed by adjusting the mesh phasing. A method to determine the mesh phasing in planetary gear train was proposed and the calculating process to figure out the mesh phasing between external and internal gear pair at any planet was discussed in detail. Finally, an example is given to validate the method proposed. The mesh phasing results can be used to determine more accurate mesh stiffness and error excitation.
