贴片焦散线法原理及其在断裂力学中的应用

摘    要:本文的目的是将实验力学中的一种新方法——焦散线法应用于一般工程材料的K_1及J积分的测量,本文的理论基础是早已为公众熟知的HRR理论。本文的特点之一是对试件的表面要求不高,从而扩大了焦散线法的应用范围。本文还给出了测量应力强度因子及J积分的实验-计算公式,其中非平行光照射下焦散线最大垂直尺寸D与J积分之间的关系式,具有更普遍的意义。本文在实验的基础上提出了贴片焦散线法的简化物理模型,并对此产生的误差作了较详细的讨论,给出了修正系数。用本方法测得的结果与理论值及其它方法所得结果进行了比较,其结果是相当接近的。

Abstract:In this paper, based on HRR theory, we suggested a new method. CoatingCaustics to weaken the restriction of specimen surface so that the methodcan be applied to engineering material. Based upon the experimental results,we suggested a simplified physical model for Coating Caustics Method whichmade analysis of the method possibly. We applied this method to fracture me-chanics. The measurements of S. I. F. and J-integral were discussed respectively.Their experiment-calculation formulas were also given. The formula whichgives relationship between J-integral and the maximum size of Caustics D ismore general and useful. We also discussed the influence on the method causedby the simplification of physical model of the method. The results obtained byCoating Caustics are coincident well with theoretic ones or those obtained byother methods.
