| 摘 要： | 共轭亚油酸具有很好的生理活性．本文以葵花油为原料，KOH为催化剂，研究了碱异构化法制备共轭亚油酸；探讨了溶剂的选择、反应时间、反应温度以及催化剂用量对产物中共轭亚油酸含量的影响．通过正交实验确定了最佳反应条件．

| Abstract: | Conjugated linoleic acid has good physiological activity. The CLA was prepared by the alkali isomerization with KOH as catalyst and sunflower oil as raw material. The choice of solvent, reaction temperature, reaction time and the amount of KOH was studied. The optimum condition was obtained by orthogenesis test. |
