摘    要:鉴于虚拟制造技术是近些年出现的先进制造技术之一,且它以建模技术、仿真技术、虚拟现实技术为支持,在产品设计或制造系统的物理实现之前,就能使人体会或感受到未来产品的性能或者制造系统的状态,从而可以做出前瞻性的决策与优化实施方案,介绍了轧辊虚拟制造技术的特点;阐述了轧辊虚拟制造技术的分类及定义;讨论了轧辊虚拟制造的关键技术。

Abstract:Virtual manufacturing technology is an advanced manufacturing technology which has arisen these years.Sustained by modeling technology,emulating technology and virtual reality technology,even before product design or physical reality of manufacture system,it can make people realize the capability of future product or the state of manufacture system,thus facilitating the advanced decision-making and optimal implementation plan.The character of virtual manufacturing technology of rollers is introduced,the classification and definition of virtual manufacturing technology of rollers is expatiated and the key technology of virtual manufacturing of rollers is discussed.
