煤岩渗透率与煤与瓦斯突出关系理论探讨

为预测和防治煤与瓦斯突出，从断裂力学角度，在细观上分析阐述了原始环境条件下饱和瓦斯煤岩体受采掘活动影响，在围岩应力增高情况下，其内部裂隙发生发展过程与渗透率之间的关系，由此分析说明了煤岩体渗透率的变化对煤岩体和瓦斯突出的影响，对研究和防止矿井煤与瓦斯构成的固流耦合系统的失稳破坏，造成煤与瓦斯突出提供了一个新的思路。

Aretical discussion of retationship between penetrate-rate of coal-rock and breaking out of coal and gas

In order to predict or prevent and cure the coal-rock and gas breaking out ,from the point of view of rupture mechanics, we analysed and set forth the excavating influence on the saturation-gas-coal rock which in the original environment, we also set forth the relation between the arising and growing of wall rock and penetrate-rate under the circs of the stress increasing of wall rock on the breaking out of coal-rock and gas, and provide a new way for researching and avoiding the destr uction of the solid and liquid system, which is the reason for the breaking out of the coal-rock and gas.
