摘    要:色选机中的分选系统是一个典型多通道随机信号测控系统,文中研究其过程控制规律,提出系统的信号识别、输出脉冲的延时和宽度定时,以及通道输出状态控制的软件算法,并在MAX125 A/D芯片和数字信号处理器TMSC320F206 DSP为核心组成的硬件板上验证算法.实验结果表明,基于该算法的单块DSP板就能处理10通道的信号检测识别、延时,以及宽度时间的定时输出,时间的控制精度优于0.1 ms.该算法应用于实际的80通道大米色选机分选系统中,能较好满足大米筛选精度及效果的要求.

Abstract:The selection system of color sorter is a typical multi-channel random signal system.Based on the study through the course of selection system,the algorithms for the signal identifying,the output pulse delaying and its duration timing,and the output state controlling are proposed and tested.The test results indicate that the algorithms can carry out the detection and controlling of the grain signal input to 10 channels when utilizing single TMSC320F206 DSP CPU chip,and the time controlling precision is better than that of 0.1 ms.The algorithms are applied in the practical color sorter equipment with 80 channels for rice section,and proved to fully meet the requirement of selection.
