摘    要:研究了一个不可靠混杂双设备生产线系统。对此系统而言,每台设备可以出现多种故障模式,并且缓冲区也可能发生故障。在离散模型的基础上,分析了系统状态概率的变迁情况,给出了相应的求解方法及算法,探讨并发展了一种评价多故障混杂生产线系统性能的近似解析方法。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:This paper presents an analytical method for evaluating the performance of production lines with a finite buffer and two unreliable machines. In this system, each machine can fail in more than one way, at the same time, the buffer also can fail. We study the transitions of the states probabilities in the ease of discrete model, a corresponding solving method and algorithm are developed here, and an approximate analytical technique is proposed to evaluate the performance about hybrid production systems. The experiment confirms that this method is a robust one.
