管道中散粒状颗粒群的运动规律

摘    要:对垂直及水平管道中散粒状颗粒群,提出了一种测定其悬浮速度及水平起动速度,与其影响因素的方法,文中对实验原理、方法作了较详细的介绍,并对散粒状物料群如小麦、高粱、大豆、玉米等进行了测定,结果表明作为物料群,当输送浓度不变或变化不大时,无论较粗颗粒或较细颗粒,其悬浮速度及起动速度,都随管径增大而有增大趋势,当管径不变时,较粗颗粒的悬浮速度,随输送浓度增大而减小,较细颗粒则随输送浓度增大而增大,最后测定的数据,可在一定程度上作为以上物料风力输送系统设计的参考数据。

Abstract:Provides a simple experimental technique to determine the suspension and starting speeds of loose particulates in pipeline transmission, eg. various kinds of food-stuff .Making this experiment,it uses a slightly tapered instead of cylindrical plexiglass pipe. The base height of a column of ,loose particulates, suspended pneumatically in an upright pipe presents constant providing the air flow remains unchanged; thus determining the suspension speed by measuring the air flow velocity at the base of column. The staring speed is determined similarly all but lying the pipe horizontally. Both the suspension and starting speeds tend to increase with the pipe's diameter regardless of the particulate size if the solid/air ratio remains unchanged, and the suspension speed of large size particulate is inversely varying about solrd/air ratio but is just the contrary for the small size.
