课程道德学习的课外体验教育

摘    要:学校道德教育的作用在于发现、鼓励、促进学生的道德学习。课程道德学习的课内与课外不仅缺一不可,而且需要深度整合,课内和课外必须有机地融合起来。德性的养成既要由外而内,也要由内而外;既是内外互化的开放式过程,又是体验、移情、理解、对话和反思诸环节相统一的过程。注重道德体验教育,寻找课外体验路径,纵向贯穿教学的全过程,横向融合统一在教学活动之中,将内外互化诸环节融合起来,是增强道德学习有效性的重要途径。

Abstract:The role of school's moral education lies in discovering,encouraging and promoting the moral learning of students.Neither the moral learning at class nor the extra-curricular moral learning can be missing.Instead,these two need deep integration,i.e.,they should organically blend with each other.The growth of moral character should go from outside to inside as well as from inside to outside.This growth is an open process which combines outside with inside,and it is also a process of the integration of experience,transference,understanding,talk and reflection.Thus,the best means to enhance the efficiency of students' moral learning should be: to emphasize moral experience education and to find extra-curricular experience paths,both of which should laterally run through the whole teaching process and vertically blend and integrate in the teaching activities,and integrate all the links of outside and inside transformation.
