| 摘 要： | 由于卷绕过程中卷径D是一个非线性的时变量,所以卷绕机构的恒张力(或恒线速度)控制常常很复杂.提出了一种全新的设计思想,采用微机直接模拟卷绕特性,可使系统设计变得非常简单、灵活,并可应用到各种恒张力控制方案中.

| Abstract: | During the course of rolling, diameter D is nonlinear and varying with the time. So the control of constant tension for rolling machine is very complex. A new idea is provided. It uses microcomputer to modulate the rolling character, so the design of system is very simple and flexible, and the method can be used in all kinds of constant tension controlling plan. |
