35CrMo钢无缝钢管成型顶头的失效研究

摘    要:文章对失效后的35CrMo钢穿孔无缝钢管顶头的显微组织和硬度变化进行了研究。结果表明:顶头头部轴向截面的组织分层分布,且各层硬度不同;顶头中部组织较为粗大,魏氏组织特征明显;由表面氧化磨损、接触疲劳及热疲劳引起的裂纹粗大且向内部延伸;顶头尾部表面脱碳现象严重,内部硬度变化不大。

Abstract:The microstructure and the hardness variation of the 35CrMo steel hot piercing plug used for production of seamless steel tubes were investigated as it was invalid.The testing results showed that the top part microstructure of the severing face of the plug in the direction of the axis was in a distribution by layers and the hardness of each layer was different,that in the middle part of the plug,the microstructure was larger,and the special feature of Widmanstatten structure is very obvious,that the cracks caused by surface oxidizing wear,touching fatigue and thermal fatigue were also larger and extended inwardly,and that the carbon drop phenomenon was very serious on the tail surface of the plug,but the hardness variation inside this part was little.
