摘    要:基于莫尔条纹的测量中,较好的条纹图、包裹相位图质量,能够提高测量的有效性和测量精度。合理的条纹分布密度,能够有效降低条纹图与包裹相位图中的噪声影响,消除条纹分布过密产生的相位混频。合适的莫尔条纹密度可以通过调节条纹间距来确定。测量结果表明该方法能够适应被测表面的条纹分布,获得可靠的测量数据和有效的测量精度,得到较好的测量结果。

Abstract:In the moiré measurement, the higher quality of the fringe pattern and wrapped phase map can improve the validity and accuracy of measurement. The suitable distribution of moiré fringes can decrease the noise of the fringe pattern and wrapped phase map. As well, the suitable fringe spacing can avoid the phase aliasing caused by the high frequency phase jumps in the wrapped phase map. The suitable density of moiré fringes can be determined by the method of adjusting the fringe spacing of the moiré pattern. The measuring results verify that the method of adjusting fringe spacing can achieve suitable distribution of moiré fringe adapted to the measured shape, and obtain reliable measurement data and effective measurement precision.
