Abstract:Taking the braided river reservoir in the west area of Chengdong Oilfield as a case, by using dynamic and static data, the vertical and interwell single batture bar was identified, and the model of interlayer and vertical accretion body was constructed. According to the occurrence of interlayers, the distribution pattern of interlayers can be divided into three types: symmetrical type, horizontal type and diagonal type. On this basis, the experimental model was designed according to the features of symmetrical architecture type of batture bar, then remaining oil distribution characteristics controlled by interlayers within batture bar was analyzed by using the method of waterflooding physical simulation. The experimental result shows that interlayers have significant control over the distribution of remaining oil, and influenced by perforation interval location, the horizontal extensional length of interlayer, matching relationship between injection well, production well and interlayer.
