摘    要:相变材料的导热系数往往较低,成为阻碍相变蓄热器传热的关键。设计一种新型的Y型纵翅片应用于相变蓄热器中,并应用FLUENT软件对相变蓄热器中相变材料的熔化过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,Y型纵翅片对传热的强化有着明显的效果,减少了相变材料的熔化时间,达到了强化传热的目的。

Abstract:Thermal conductivity of phase change material is often low,which is the key to hinder heat transfer of phase change regenerator.A new type of Y longitudinal finned was designed and applied to the phase change regenerator.The melting process of phase change material in phase change regenerator was simulated by FLUENT software.Results showed that Y type longitudinal finned had obvious effect on heat transfer enhancement,and the melting time of phase change material was reduced,the purpose of heat transfer enhancement was achieved.
