《甘肃科学学报》学术不端文献检测系统分析初审稿件及学术不端防范措施

摘    要:针对目前学术不端行为屡禁不止的现象,《甘肃科学学报》充分利用学术不端文献检测系统(AMLC)的功能,选取2014—2016年1 210篇稿件使用AMLC对其进行分析检测。结果发现,2014—2016年文字复制比25%的文章分别为212篇、365篇、359篇,低复制比所占比率较高;25%≤复制比35%的文章中,2015年所占篇数最多,有50篇,这个范围内的稿件编辑部会退回让作者修改,修改后文章复制比25%再进行送审;35%≤复制比50%和复制比≥50%的文章编辑部会直接退稿。AMLC给学术期刊编辑甄别学术不端别文章提供了参考依据,学报编辑部将充分运用学术不端文献检测系统,加强学术文献查阅,防范和杜绝学术不端行为。

Abstract:Aiming at continuous academic misconduct behavior,Gansu Journal of Science fully plays effect of academic misconduct check system (AMLC).From 2014 to 2016,1210 articles are selected to be analyzed and checked with AMLC,finding that articles with literal reproduction ratio less than 25% are respectively 212,365 and 359,accounting for high ratio;when 25%≤literal reproduction ratio<35%,the largest number of the articles is in 2015,which are returned to authors in this scope to edit again until literal reproduction ratio<25%;when 35%≤literal reproduction ratio<50% or 50%≤literal reproduction ratio,these article will be rejected.AMLC offer reference basis for academic journal editors to screen articles,the editor will make full use of academic misconduct system,study expert opinion,strengthen the academic literature reading,improve the editing quality and other measures to prevent and eliminate academic misconduct in Journal of Gansu Sciences.
