| 摘 要： | 探讨不明原因骨痛患者行SPECT骨显像及甲状旁腺显像诊断甲状旁腺功能亢进的价值。选取2011年5月—2014年12月住院的不明原因骨痛的患者40例,行SPECT、甲状旁腺显像及血甲状旁腺激素测定。结果发现,31例患者符合典型甲旁亢骨显像影像学特点,9例为非典型骨显像;26例呈典型甲状旁腺显像特征,14例为非特异表现。40例患者甲状旁腺激素水平均明显高于正常参考值,且术后均为手术证实甲状旁腺功能亢进。由此可得,SPECT显像在不明原因骨痛的患者诊断甲状旁腺功能亢进及定位有重要临床价值。

| Abstract: | To discuss the value of SPECT imaging in the diagnosis hyperparathyroidism to the unknown causes bone pain patients.Retrospective analysis of 40 cases of unexplained pain hospitalized patients from May 2011 to December 2014.31 patients with typical HPT bone scintigraphy imaging characteristics,and 9 cases of atypical bone imaging;26 cases showed typical parathyroid imaging features and 14 cases were nonspecific.The parathyroid hormone levels were significantly higher than those of the normal reference value in 40 patients.Therefore,SPECT bone imaging in patients with unexplained bone pain is valuable in the diagnosis of hyperparathyroidism. |
