插装压力控制阀的压力失调分析与仿真

摘    要:针对某锻压机在工作过程中出现的工作压力达不到系统预设压力的故障现象,从插装压力控制阀的工作原理和B型液压半桥原理入手进行定性分析,结果发现插装压力控制阀中先导电磁换向阀的磨损导致阀芯和阀体的配合间隙增大并使得内泄漏过大是造成插装压力控制阀和系统压力失调的根本原因。基于AMESim仿真软件搭建了插装压力控制阀的仿真模型并进行动态仿真,找出了先导电磁换向阀滑阀间隙及固定阻尼孔和系统最高可调压力的关系,得到了选取不同固定阻尼孔直径时,满足系统预设压力的滑阀间隙的临界值。

Abstract:Targeting at the fault phenomenon that the working pressure cannot reach the system preset pressure occurred in one forging machine during the working process and starting from the working principle and B-type hydraulic half-bridge principle of plug-in mounting pressure control valve to conduct qualitative analysis,it is found that the fit clearance increasing and subsequent overlarge internal leakage caused by the wear of pilot electromagnetic reversing valve in the plug-in mounting pressure control valve are the root causes of plug-in mounting pressure control valve and system pressure disorder;establish the simulation model of plug-in mounting pressure control valve based on AMESim simulation software and conduct dynamic simulation,find out the relationship between the slide valve clearance and fixed damp orifice of pilot electromagnetic reversing valve and highest system adjustable pressure,obtain the critical value of slide valve clearance that meet the system preset pressure when selecting different diameter of fixed damp orifice.
