纳米SiO_2三价铬彩色钝化膜材料的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:通过调整温度、时间和pH值,在钝化液中加入SiO2纳米材料,制备性能优良的纳米三价铬彩色钝化剂。采用中性盐雾实验(NSS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)和X射线荧光(XRF)等方法对加入SiO2前后的钝化膜的耐腐蚀性能进行比较,同时对钝化膜的结构、化学成分和空间分布进行表征。NSS实验结果表明,加入SiO2纳米材料的三价铬钝化膜的耐腐蚀性能提高了1倍。

Abstract:We prepared nano sized trivalent chromium colorful passivator through the adjustment of temperature, time, pH value, and nano sized SiO2 adding into passivation liquid. We also employed neutral salt spray tests (NSS), scanning electronic microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), and X ray fluorescence (XRF) to compare corrosion resistance of passivators between SiO2 pre adding and post adding. We further characterized structure, chemical constituent and spatial distribution of passivation film. NSS experimental results indicate that anti corrosion performance of trivalent chromium passivation film increases by one time through SiO2 nano material adding.
