含氟聚氨酯的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以二甲苯为溶剂,全氟聚醚二元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,1,4丁二醇(BDO)作为扩链剂合成了含氟聚氨酯(FPU),通过改变软段全氟聚醚二元醇用量控制FPU的氟质量分数.并且以聚丙二醇(PPG)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,以1,4丁二醇(BDO)作为扩链剂合成了不含氟的聚氨酯(PU)作为对比.对PU与FPU的结构进行了表征,考察了氟质量分数对FPU热稳定性、力学性能以及疏水疏油性的影响.结果表明,制得的FPU具有更高的拉伸强度,同时在保持聚氨酯疏油性的同时,还获得了较好的疏水性.

Abstract:Fluorinated polyurethane (FPU) was synthesized taking xylene as solvent, perfluoropolyether diol and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as starting materials, and 1, 4-butanediol (BDO) as a chain extender.The fluorine content in the FPU was controlled by changing the content of the soft segment of perfluoropolyether diol.Polypropylene glycol (PPG) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) were used as raw materials, 1, 4-butanediol was used as a chain extender to synthesize PU as a comparison.Characterizing the structures of PU and FPU, the influence of fluorine content on the thermal stability, mechanical properties, and hydrophobic and oleophobic properties of FPU was investigated.The results show that as-obtained FPU has higher tensile strength, and better hydrophobicity while maintaining the oleophobicity of the polyurethane.
