锦州师专体育教育专业人才培养模式研究

体育教育专业是锦州师专的重点专业,始终坚持"为地方基础教育服务,为区域经济发展和社会进步服务,为学生成长成才服务"的办学理念.为了适应社会对体育专业人才的需求,在人才培养方面,以知识为基础、以能力为中心、以服务为宗旨,注重知识、能力、素质的协调发展,理论、实践和职业技术能力相结合,是锦州师专追求的根本目标.主要从人才培养目标和要求、人才培养模式等方面分别阐述,为锦州师专体育教育专业的人才培养提供理论依据.

Personnel training of physical education in j inzhou teachers college

Physical education is an important major in jinzhou teachers college, which always adheres to the basic education philosophy as ＂serving for the local elementary education, serving for the regional economic development and social progress, and for the students to grow up and become talented. ＂ In order to meet the requirements of becoming an expert in physical education in the society, personnel training should be based on knowledge, should focus on one＇ s competence, and should aim at services. We should also pay more attention to train the people from different aspects, including knowledge, competence, and qualities, combined with theory, practice, and vocational techniques. In this passage, the author mainly illustrated the aims and requirements of the personnel training, and their training mode respectively, which has provided a theory basis on the personnel training of physical education in jinzhou teachers college.
