建筑工程项目质量的优劣直接关系到建筑企业的生存和发展。为加强项目管理力度,提高建筑工程质量,应组建与工程项目相适应的项目经理部,建立和健全以项目经理为首的各级质量责任制,开展质量教育和贯彻“三位一体”系列标准,落实各项管理规定,应用科技进步成果,落实工序质量控制,发挥专职质检人员的职能,建立健全奖罚制度。
