摘    要:制备了一种新型改性纳米碳酸钙M-CaCO3,采用FTIR、TGA和SEM对M-CaCO3的结构形态进行了研究;同时探讨了其与天然橡胶(NR)形成的纳米复合材料(NR/M-CaCO3)硫化胶的结构、形态和力学性能,并分别与硬脂酸包覆型工业纳米碳酸钙(CCR)及其与天然橡胶形成的纳米复合材料(NR/CCR)硫化胶进行比较,结果表明,M-CaCO3对NR具有显著的补强作用,其补强效果远优于CCR。

Abstract:A novel kind of modified nano-calcium carbonate (M-CaCO_3) was prepared. The structure and morphology of M-CaCO_3 were investigated by FTIR,TGA and SEM. The morphology and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates of NR/M-CaCO_3 nanocomposite were also investigated. The investigation results of M-CaCO_3 and NR/M-CaCO_3 were then respectively compared with those of CCR (industrial nano-CaCO_3 covered with stearic acid) and NR/CCR. It is found that the reinforcement effect of M-CaCO_3 on NR is superior to that of CCR.
