0．5％甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂对鳞翅目害虫的防效研究

本文介绍了0.5%甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂对鳞翅目害虫的室内毒力试验及田间小区试验。证实了0.5%甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂对鳞翅目害虫甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫、和小菜蛾的防治效果。室内试验,采用浸渍和胃毒两种方法1],0.5%甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂对甜菜夜蛾药后48h,杀死率分别达93.3%和97.8%。,对棉铃虫,药后48h校正死亡率分别达96.6%和100%。胃杀方法明显好于触杀,且均是随浓度增高药效增强。室外对小菜蛾的田间小区试验,药后七天防效最高达99.18%。

Effect study of 0.5% a water-emulsion on bombyx mori and pieris rapae pests

The effect of the 0.5%MAV-EW on bombyx mori and pieris rapae pests though indoor and in field test is introduced. The effect of 0.5% MAV-EW on spodoptera exigua, helicoverpa armigera and plutella xylostella was tested respectively. On spodoptera exigua, helicoverpa armigera(indoor), the way of stomach-poisoning and touch-killing was used. The results indicated that there was strong rapidly-killing activity to the pest after 48h, the effect on spodoptera exigua could reach 93.3%and97.8%. On helicoverpa armigera it could reach 96.6%and100%. Meanwhile, the effect of stomach-poisoning was much better than the touchkilling, and the toxin-killing effect was improved obviously with the increase of concentration.In field test on plutella xylostella,the highest effect could reach 99.18% after using the bio-pesticide seven days.
