摘    要:本文根据溶液化学计算,确定了盐类矿物混合体系,如白钨矿-方解石、白钨矿-萤石、萤石-方解石、磷灰石-方解石等表面化学组成相互转化的临界pH值。采用俄歇电子能谱表面分析,证实了表面转化现象的存在。ξ-电位测定及浮选实验表明,在盐类矿物混合体系中,当表面转化发生时,矿物表面电性及浮选行为也发生转化,在不存在表面转化的pH区域,矿物溶解组分与浮选剂的沉淀反应及在矿物表面的竞争作用,将抑制矿物的浮选。据此,可控制并设计盐类矿物浮选分离条件。

Abstract:The critical pH values (PH_(CS)) of surface conversion in the systems suchas scheelite-calcite, scheelite-fluorite, fluorite-calcite and apatite-calcitehave deen determined based on solution equilibria, The presence of surfaceconversion has been revealed by AES spectra. In a mixed system, the electro-kinetic and flotation behaviors of one mineral vary greatly due to surfaceconversion. The depression of one mineral by the dissolved species of anothermineral is found to be governed by depletion of oleate by bulk precipipitationor by competitive adsorption between oleate and dissolved species whensurface conversion does not take place. The schemes for flotation sepa-ration of apatite and calcite and other mineral systems have been designedand tested in the light of the understanding of the role of dissolved mineralspecies.
