玉米特强粉对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的影响

摘    要:目的研究玉米特强粉对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的影响,为玉米深加工食品的开发提供前提依据.方法玉米特强粉低剂量组(含量20%)和高剂量组(含量60%),连续喂食22 d,对正常小鼠葡萄糖耐量的影响;玉米特强粉对肾上腺素性高血糖模型小鼠血糖的影响;玉米特强粉对四氧嘧啶(Alloxan)诱发的高血糖模型小鼠血糖的影响.结果玉米特强粉对正常小鼠葡萄糖耐量无明显影响;高、低剂量组对肾上腺素性高血糖模型小鼠及四氧嘧啶诱发的糖尿病模型小鼠均具有明显的降血糖作用(P<0.05).结论玉米特强粉对正常小鼠葡萄糖耐量无明显影响;对肾上腺素性高血糖模型小鼠及四氧嘧啶诱发的糖尿病模型小鼠具有明显的降血糖作用.

Abstract:Objective To study effects of special strong maize powder on the blood sugar of diabetes mice in order to provide some evidences for the exploration of further processing of maize.Methods The mice were divided into the low dosage group of special strong maize powder(the concentration was 20%) and the high dosage group of special strong maize powder(the concentration was 60%).They were fed with the low dosage of special strong maize powder and the high dosage of special strong maize powder successively for 22 days separately to observe effects of special strong maize powder on sugar tolerance of healthy mice,blood sugar of model mice with adrenalin induced by adrenaline and blood sugar of model mice with adrenalin induced by alloxan.Results Special strong maize powder could not produce a significant influence on sugar tolerance of healthy mice,but two dosage groups could decrease blood sugar levels of model mice with adrenalin induced by adrenaline and alloxan(P<0.05).Conclusion Special strong maize powder could not produce a significant influence on sugar tolerance of healthy mice,but two dosage groups could decrease blood sugar levels of model mice with adrenalin induced by adrenaline and alloxan.
