基于缩比模型模拟的船体单区域外加电流阴极保护系统

摘    要:为防止由于舰船表面电位分布不均匀而造成舰船腐蚀,采用缩比模型理论建立舰船外加电流阴极保护系统,研究船体表面电位分布影响因素之间关系.结果表明,单区域外加电流阴极保护系统的辅助阳极和参比电极位置改变将影响船体电位的分布.辅助阳极位置影响船体保护电位曲线的形状,而参比电极位置决定各曲线保护电位值的大小.外加电流阴极保护系统中增加阳极的数量和布置均匀时,可优化船体保护电位分布,且曲线波动小.试验证明,基于缩比模型理论的舰船保护电位测量方法是一种方便、有效的测量手段,可为进一步优化外加电流阴极保护系统提供新的研究途径.

Abstract:To prevent the ship corrosion caused by uneven potential's distribution on the surface of ship,a physical scale model of a vessel was used to establish the impressed current cathodic protection(ICCP) system,and the relationship among different factors which affected the potential's distribution in ICCP system was studied.Results indicate that the potential's distribution was affected by the position of counter electrode and reference electrode(RE) in ICCP system of a hull's single-zone.Counter electrode's p...
