基于压力传感器的便携高原正压呼吸器设计

摘    要:为了改善高海拔低压环境中人体的缺氧状况,研制了一种基于单片机控制的便携高原呼吸器系统.呼吸器由气泵电机、进/出气阀门、压力传感器和单片机控制系统及供电设备组成,结构简单轻便.该系统通过气泵电机将空气加压到适合人体的标准气压,单片机检测压力传感器信号,控制进、出气阀的开通和关闭来实现呼吸过程.通过高原实验对比,呼吸器能够很好地调节人体心率和血氧饱和度.

Abstract:In order to improve the hypoxic condition of the body at high altitude and low pressure environment, a portable plateau respirator based on single-chip control was developed. The respirator was composed of pump motor, intake and vent electromagnetic valveI pressure sensor and single chip microcomputer control system and supply unit, it' s simple and light. The system pressurized air to fit the body of the standard atmospheric pressure by the pump motor, the single chip microcomputer measured the pressure sensor' s signals, then to control the electromagnetic valve on and off to achieve the breathing process. Through the experiment contrast on plateau, the respirator can adjust human body heart rate and oxygen saturation very well.
