| 摘 要： | 经过梳理将高等教育的学费历史按时间顺序分为以下六个阶段：从1898年至1905年，我国实行免费教育制度；1906年至1948年，高等教育实行有偿教育制度；1949年至1988年，免费高等教育时期重新来临；从1989年到1996年是高等教育学费制度改革试行阶段；从1997年至2000年，是收费快速增长时期；2001年至今是收费制度的稳定和完善时期。目前，我国高等教育进入了有史以来最高学费标准阶段，但今后如何走入健康、科学、法制的轨道，则值得我们继续探索。

| Abstract: | The tuition history of higher education has been divided into 6 periods: the 1~(st) tuition-free period; the tuition-paying period;the 2~(nd) tuition-free period; tuition reform period; the highly-increasubg tuition period;the stable tuition period.Nowadays, the tuition standard has been highest in the history,so researches should be acted on to lead the tuition on the correct way. |
