摘    要:高校德育的“主体性”、“生活化”特点决定了潜在课程对提高高校德育的实效性具有重要意义,高校德育潜在课程的实质是高校教师和大学生能动而现实的交往实践过程。这一交往实践过程是动态的、双向的“主体性”道德教育过程,高校教师在这一过程中起主导作用,园此提高教师专业素养是构建高校德育潜在课程的中心环节,由此进一步提出提高教师专业素养的路径和措施。

Abstract:The fact that the course of Moral Education in higher educational institutes is geared to subjectivity and integrated into daily life determines the significance of potential curriculum for improving its efficiency. The essence of the potential curriculum of this course is the practical interactions between university teachers and students. It is a dynamic and two-way moral education process with subjectivity, in which university teachers play the role as a guide. Therefore, improving teachers' professional accomplishments is crucially significant to the construction of the potential curriculum of the course of Moral Education. Hence the writer put forwards some suggestions for the improvement of university teachers' professional accomplishments.
