摘    要:将普通光学荧光显微镜集成为光、机、电、计算机一体化仪器,使一般光学仪器光电化、信息化、网络化,可用于SARS和其它流行病毒、病原体荧光免疫法检测,在显微工作站光电放大器、医学应用软件和远距离多终端同步实时图像显示装置等方面有创新。

Abstract:The system integrating optics,mechanism,electricity and microcomputer to comprehensive and using electro-optics,information and network technology from normal optical fluorescence microscope is introduced in this paper.It is used to fluorescence immunoassay for SARS virus antibody,another popularity virus,mycoplasma and chlamydia etc.The electro-optical magnification,medical,application software and synchronous image display with removed multiterminal in the system exist more innovation.
