高炉炉缸铁水环流速度影响因素的水模试验

摘    要:进行大喷煤条件下铁水环流与炉缸侵蚀的实验室研究,结果表明,喷煤量、炉缸结构和铁口参数是影响炉缸内铁水环流速度的重要因素。给出了大量喷煤条件下的合理炉缸结构和铁口设计参数的优化范围。

Abstract:A laboratory study was carried out on the hot metal flow and the corrosion of the furnace hearth under the condition of huge amount of coal injection. It was found that coal rate, hearth configuration and tap hole parameters were the main factors that influence the hot metal curculating velocity in the furnace hearth. The appropriate configuration of the hearth and the optimum range of the tap hole design parameters are proposed.
