增强科技意识 办好科技期刊

“科学技术是第一生产力”的科学论断,是对马克思主义理论的丰富和发展,为我国制定新时期的方针政策奠定了思想理论基础,对我国社会主义现代化建设起着巨大的推动作用,科技期刊作为科技成果的载体,和积累,传播科学文化知识的媒介,担负着重要的历史使命,应努力促进科技成果转化为生产力,实现社会效益和经济效益双丰收。本文就科学技术是第一生产力的意义及增强科技意识,办好科技期刊等问题进行了初步探讨。

RAISING THE EDITOR'S CONSCIENCE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND DOING WELL IN EDITING SCIENCE JOURNALS OR PERIODICALS

The scientific conclusion, "Science and technology is the first of produ- clive forces", has enriched and de voloped Marxism and laid an ideological and theoretical foundation in making Principles and policies,which has given a great impetus to the construction of socialist modernizations, science peri- odicals or journals, the carriers of the fruit of scientific and technological research and the media of accumulating and spreading scientific and natural knowledge, carry the important tasks in history. Greater efforts should be made to turn the fruit of scientific and technological research into producti- ve forces and achieve social and economic efficiecy.This paper is basically intended to deal with the significance of the theory, "scice and technology is the first of productive forces", with the effecfive ways of raising the e- ditors' conscience o f science and technology, wish the successful methods of doing well in editing science journals or periodica.
