| 摘 要： | 基于当前社会经济发展和道路运输水平对客滚运输安全的影响现状,运用系统工程理论研究渤海湾客滚运输安全问题,通过对渤海湾客滚运输事故进行统计分析,找出造成事故的系统原因.结合世界滚装船舶事故统计,预测事故发生的趋势,并提出提高渤海湾客滚运输安全性的系统措施.

| Abstract: | The author studied transportation safety of ro-ro passenger vessels in Bohai bay based on the theory of systems engineering,and found out the causes in the system environment through the statistical analysis of ro-ro vessel accidents,and analyzed the influence of the development of the local economy and road transportation on the safety of ro-ro transportation combining the statistic on ro-ro vessel accidents of the world,and predicted the future trend of accidents,and put forward system measures for improving the safety of ro-ro transportation in Bohai bay. |
