| 摘 要： | 为实现长距离、大容量、高质量的信号传输,必有高性能动态单模激光器作为光源。目前这种器件主要有DBR和DFB激光器,复合腔激光器,短腔激光器,外腔及注入锁定激光器。本文报导了一种对称三段复合腔激光器的制备和选模特性。

| Abstract: | A brief survey about the studies of dynamic single longitudinal mode (DSM) lasers is given. Two ways to improve the mode selection characteristics of lasers and the mechanism of mode selection of the symmetrical three section coupled cavity lasers are analysed. The technological processes and the experimental results are given and discussed, and a measured spectrum with a side-mode suppression ratio of 50:1 is demonstrated. |
