| 摘 要： | 应用经济学原理分析了将煤矿安全生产导入第三方监管的可行性,及在引入第三方监管过程中可能遇到的障碍并提出了相应的对策.结果表明:在市场作用下第三方监管对煤炭安全生产起着积极作用,并能够使煤矿安全状况得到有效改善.

| Abstract: | In view of the serious situation of safety production in coalmine,the article analyses the feasibility of introducing the third party supervision about safe production in coalmine as well as the prospective obstacles and related countermeasures with economics theory.Conclusion comes that under the action of the market,the third party supervision plays a great role in coalmine safety production and can effectively improve the condition of coal safety in our country. |
